DELTA SONIC CAR WASH

I went to the Delta Sonic location at 2285 Walden Ave Cheektowaga NY to have my auto fully detailed while I was there the service technician noticed that my windshield was chipped. The technician contacted my insurance company and received the approval to repair the chip in the windshield. The experience was great, the technician was helpful, courteous and professional.

This company runs like a machine. From the moment you arrive in the line up you are greeted and corralled into the car wash. I have never seen a car wash so organized nor with so many employees. The Super Kiss is well worth the money and being able to come back twice over the next two weeks is always nice. I have had friends visit and when they ask where they can get their vehicle washed, I send them to Sonic.

i had scratches and gouges on my front hood of my car after a car wash. i took photos and asked for a manager. he asked me to submit a form. i did so. several weeks later it was determined that the scratches and gouges were not caused by the car wash, however, the car was only three months old. it was the first car wash in the new car.

Great job. Detailed the entire car and it looked great the car is a 2006 Toyota Camry and it looked like new

I have been going to this Delta Sonic for over a year because it is located near my residence, but also because of the quality of work they perform on my vehicle. I drive a '11 Cadillac CTS and am very particular when it comes to deciding who I let work on or detail my vehicle. On this particular trip, I bought the standard super kiss car wash with tire shine and body gloss, which is a usual bi weekly purchase for me. However, while waiting to go through the wash line, I was approached by one of the DS employees who worked in the auto body/detail shop who noticed 2 scratches on the driver side of my vehicle. One of the scratches was definitely more severe than the other and he said that the detail shop could definitely repair both scratches at a fair price. Sensing my hesitation to let a detail shop I had never used before work on my vehicle, the DS employee told me that he in fact would be the one to repair the scratches and guaranteed I would like the quality of work. As I agreed, still a little reluctant, I took my car through the wash and brought it back around to the detail shop. I parked my car in the detail line and watched from the customer waiting area as he went to work, as promised, on repairing the scratches. Not only did he repair both scratches, but the meticulous attention to detail and the triple checking of his work was great to see. Before he sent my car down the line to be waxed and buffed, I knew his work would be exceptional. When my name was called to retrieve my vehicle, he reviewed his work with me and made sure it had my approval. The level of professionalism and the quality of work he showed definitely made a great impression and it was all done for a great price. I will definitely continue to use this Delta Sonic in the future and recently purchased a discounted professional exterior and sonic resurfacing detail package that I am sure will make my vehicle look brand new.

They have it down to a pat. Pre-spraying the vehicle and hand drying it afterwords. You also get to have your car washed again with five days for free (with the super kiss car wash).

Delta Sonic's wash left dirt on one side of my car. The drying attendant noticed it, and they sent my car through the wash again at no charge. After the second trip the car looked very nice, and they did a good job on the tires. The line was kind of long (over 15 minute wait) and pulling out of their parking lot was somewhat difficult because of traffic congestion.
