Homes Unlimited and their team was very professional.   The most challenging part was that they were booked out for more than two months.   However, the wait was worth it.  The team worked quick and efficiently, taking pictures, explaining what they found as well as guiding us through how they were fixing it and informing us what we needed to do to expedite the work (identify tile, grout and paint colors, etc).   They were also able to fix some unrelated siding issues upon request.   I would definitely use them again but plan ahead because they are often very busy.

Zach Heller and his crew acted professionally and were very polite and considerate.  They were more than willing to do any other small job we requested.  Zach answered all our inquiries timely and kept us informed when they were going to be on the job.  The job site was always left clean.
We were very satisfied with the overall project and end results.
