General Remodeling
Jesse from the company was very prompt in returning my initial phone call. We scheduled to meet a couple of days later. Our meeting was delayed due to some issues beyond his control but he did call to let me know he couldn't make it and rescheduled our appointment. He was well prepared at our appointment. We discussed my thoughts on the design of the deck and he provided some really good suggestions. He drew up the plan immediately and provided me with the price on the spot. A few days later, I contacted him to perform the work but made a couple of adjustments to the design. He promptly sent me a new design with a new price. His team was able to start work within a few days. The deck looks very nice and I am happy with the work that was done.
