Very good, very prompt. I give them a call, and they come right out. They are excellent. Reliable, and they do a good job. They are very thorough. The guy is good to talk to, very kind. Their pricing is good.

I called Day and Night Plumbing at 11 AM and Toby arrived at my house by 11:30 AM.He was very professional and explained the problem and fixed it promptly. Price for services was less than I expected. I am totally satisfied wit the results and would definitely use their services again!

He's one of those guys that walks in the house and immediately tells you how bad the job was done before and then he does worse.

He didn't seem to know how to hook up the, see I paid a fortune to get this vap dishwasher the head was supposed to be totally silent and then when we had the thing installed when we had the kitchen remodeled it worked it was totally silent well then all of a sudden the pipe came off of I don't know something underneath, he came in and said oh no that was totally hooked up wrong and it was an embarrassment and blah blah which I hate people do that don't tell me how bad it is. And then he didn't touch it, he said he did but everything is working. The pipes are hooked up but the dishwasher is louder now that our old terrible one so I don't know what we're gonna do with that there.

The services was excellent and very friendly. They also made some recommendations that were excellent and very helpful.

Called late Friday evening and John answered, said he would be right over in about an hour and a half. He arrived and determined that he would need access to the sewer line vent pipe located in the front lawn (under 4 feet of snow). I said I would dig out the snow and call back when I located the area. John left and did not charge me anything. 
After I located the access point (on Monday), I called and the company sent Mike over within the hour. Mike cleared the sewer line very quickly and efficiently.
I will use this company again and highly recommend.

Everything works the way it should. This repair was for rental property.

Great service, personable and courteous. Discovered we were having problems over Labor Day weekend. The team is able to intelligently talk you though the issue to really understand what is going on even before sending someone out, and letting you know what you can do to avoid a weekend call or honestly telling you if you need service immediately.

Came out on a Saturday and could not locate vent (they did not have the tool to easily locate) to start job; once started did great job, but my records indicated lesser time on job than what charged but would not change bill.
