Great job

The retail store is managed by two brothers, both of whom are great to work with. I did work with Chris to make the final choice of carpet; however, I was in and out of the store many, many times and at times when Chris wasn't available, his brother Dick was equally helpful. Chris came to my house to measure for the carpet (which I do believe is standard procedure for most carpet stores); however, he also took the time to look at the samples I had picked out and offer opinions on them. He has a good eye for decorating and color and his suggestions lead me to my final choice (which I love). I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the carpeting I ultimately purchased. In addition, I should mention how efficiently the carpet was installed. I feel that they do have expert installers. The installer cleaned up after himself and was extremely courteous and answered questions I had about the care of the carpet. There is really no reason I would ever go to another carpet store unless I simply could not find a carpet there I liked. I think TIFTICKJIAN is top-notch.
