Called on an afternoon stating that they could fit us in that day. Electrician spent first hour debating with my husband that we would need a completely different light or at least an additional box that would need to be mounted. I came home and turned the light upside down to show him how it needs to be installed and he suddenly realized that he could install it after all. Installed the light and then sat in our driveway for another hour and a half smoking cigarettes. It was only 3:30 when he finished, so we think he didn't want to do another job that day. We called to complain about him taking so long and they told us, he was just reviewing the specs and "testing" the light. We were billed for 4.25 hours for about 2 hours worth of work. What a rip off. The $30 security light cost us $450!!

The do good work. Have not had any real issues, sure some things come up or the bill a little higher. Overall id use them again.
