Mortgage Companies
As an owner of properties for several decades, who has had multiple refinance loans, I think I know the procedures and related expenditures. Cross State's fees, etc. were very high and the fee (3.3% of the mortgage amount) exorbitant, especially for someone with a very high credit rating.
