The tech arrived right on time and was very courteous to wife. He quickly found the issue and had the unit repaired in a very short time. He replaced the heater with a unit better than what I had and at very good price as on line the part was about $200. He answered my wife's questions about a new hot tub to replace ours and he took the time to explain what was available and how it would save us energy cost.(My tub drinks electricity) I used to use another pool guy forget it, this is my new go to service provider, really the only thing that could made the experience better is if they gave me a new tub.
