Yes, I recommend this pro
They have been very responsive to our needs. They were very helpful to my daughter when she opened an account. They seem to have good hours and I haven't had any problems with them at all. However we have had some interesting interactions with our investment counselor and I do not recommend there IRA's. Also the branch we used in Pennsylvania seemed to have a much more stable staff than the one in Amherst. Their online banking is very easy to use and good.

I was a little aggravated with Citizens. They put me at a 1/4 point higher than what they had told me over the phone. It was just a little annoying. They are what I would call okay. I think they should do what they say they will do over the phone but otherwise they have been doing a pretty decent job for me.
