Arrived, wasn't promptly greeted because receptionist was busy finishing her evening plan making. After about 15 mins past scheduled appointment, was taken back. The girl doing my nails was friendly, however the benches were very uncomfortable and the entire service felt very rushed.

I had my hair color assessed carefully by the stylist who showed me several swatches and discussed the pros and cons of eachcolor choice with me. She made a recommendation with which I concurred. She explained all of the steps involved in the coloring process. I was offered tea, coffee or water. There were numerous magazines to read, although I had my Kindle along. The processing took about half an hour. The color came out exactly right and the stylist then styled my hair according to my preferences with some upgrades of her choosing. I was quite pleased with the result and will stick with both the salon and the stylist.

I really like Chez Ann. They're awesome...the best hair salon I've ever been to. They're a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. They're incredibly friendly...you go in and they give you almost a spa like treatment. You get tea when you walk in, the place is very comfortable and well lit...it's really nice. I am absolutely planning to go there again in the future.

I have been going to Chez Ann Salon to get my hair done for three months now. I am very particular about my hair because I have stubborn grey and have had bad experiences with it coming out pink or other awkward shades in the past. I took a chance with Chez Ann Salon and am not disappointed at all.

The salon has two locations and I have visited both of them - this one and the one in the city on Delaware in Buffalo. I see James to get my hair colored, highlighted and cut.

The front desk staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful both before and after your visit. I am always seated promptly and feel as though James gives me his full attention while doing my hair. He listens to my request for what I want, he offers suggestions and he always lets me know if what I want is attainable.

The first time I went, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to tip the girl who had shampooed my hair and if so, how much. I asked the girl at the front desk as I was paying and she gave me advice based on what was expected professionally and what most customers tend to do. I never felt pressured and I was grateful that I could ask the question without feeling like we had every ear on us.

The salon always calls to remind me of my appointment the day before. They have a Text Messaging/SMS service too, where you can find out about specials they have going on for their hair clients and the spa clients.
