The roof still leaked, the chimney cap was still cracked, the chimney needed re-pointing and I was out $350 for nothing.

They were pretty good. They were probably a little expensive but nobody else wanted to do the job. They did what they said they were going to do and they did a good job on it. I would consider using them again.
