carpet installation
 + -1 moreThe only way they would let me take the sample home is if I put down 20% down on the carpet. I don't feel like they were courteous. They didn't even say they'd be with me when I walked in the door. They made me feel like I was bothering them.
Description of Work: I wanted to know if I could take a sample of carpet home to see how it looked.

carpet installation
 + -1 moreI would be very leery on getting the carpet and who does the installation. There was a problem with the first carpeting that we received and it was not the product that we ordered. Carpetsmart came out again and did a reinstallation.
Description of Work: Carpetsmart installed new padding and carpeting in our home.
