Very easy to work with. They come to your home and do everything. Installers were on time. Carpet looks great. Both installation experiences had what I consider major problems. The first time, the installer kicked through the wall while stretching the carpet (2 square foot hole). They were not upfront with me. Instead, they went through my tools in my garage and attempted to fix the hole. Only after I caught them did they tell me of the problem. I gave them a second chance for two reasons. I could not find the same carpet anywhere else. They truly did have a great price. The second time, the installer broke the glass bulb on the hallway light. Thankfully, it was still available, so I could replace the fixture - since it matched two other fixtures in the hallway. I saw them break the light, it was out of pure carelessness while carrying the carpet. The owner paid to replace it. I would use them again, but only based on price, the owner and I would expect a problem with installation.
