Furniture - Sales
Terrible. Avoid these scam artists at all costs! They told me the furniture was American made, but when I got it home it had "Made in China" printed on the bottom. The said some of the tables I ordered would take 8 weeks to come in. Every 8 weeks a table would show up broken, and they would tell me I had to wait another 8 weeks. This went on for 6 months before I finally got all my furniture. They refused to refund my money for the missing pieces, and insisted I wait as long as it took to have one arrived undamaged. The store manager, Laurence, was kind and friendly right up until I gave him my money. When things didn't go right, he ignored my calls and did as little as possible to help.
