Description of Work: purchased custom made furniture, excellent service, quality furniture---would definately recommend. Chair that was ordered, did not meet our expectations, it was a powered recliner, but after some use, found the chair was not comfortable, we were invited to come back into the store & choose another. Excellent customer service.

 + -1 moreThe fabric was wearing prematurely. They asked me to take a picture with a digital camera and to email it to them. I sent this to them, and they wrote back saying that the manufacturer would not cover the fabric. I wish someone would have come out to look at the couch. I wrote them and asked for the name and asked for the contact information for the sales rep of the manufacturer. I can't say that they were terrible, but they weren't helpful either. I can't believe that a company would not take care of the warranty of their fabric.
Description of Work: I bought a couch and warranty from this company, and the fabric started pilling and wearing prematurely.
