The fabric was wearing prematurely. They asked me to take a picture with a digital camera and to email it to them. I sent this to them, and they wrote back saying that the manufacturer would not cover the fabric. I wish someone would have come out to look at the couch. I wrote them and asked for the name and asked for the contact information for the sales rep of the manufacturer. I can't say that they were terrible, but they weren't helpful either. I can't believe that a company would not take care of the warranty of their fabric.
