Ryan has completed multiple jobs for me including replacing a hot water tank, toilet, multiple windows, and wood work in parts of my house. His work is always done proficiently and at the highest quality. His prices were great and he was always prompt with his arrival time. I highly recommend high and would use him for all the other projects that may arise.

Ryan started a week late to the job. The only reason I knew he would be late is because I reached out to see if he was going to start as expected. The first day, he demoed the bathroom and left after 4 hours. Didn’t show or call the next 2 days. Came on that Friday and worked for 3 hours and left. The following week. He showed on Monday. Then no showed on Tuesday. When I reached out, he said he let me know that he was attending a funeral. Total gaslighter as I had no idea he was attending a funeral. Also. Let it be known, he dropped off my tub the first day and it sat in my living room for 1.5 weeks. After not showing on Tuesday, I called it to his attention. He showed up Wednesday for 3 hours, and finally installed the tub that Thursday where he demanded the second installment of payment. At this point, he had 7k of my money and only 35% of work performed. Contract materials were not utilized and he installed regular drywall around my tub and sink. After I paid him his second payment, he showed up the next day for 2 hours and then left. This past Sunday, he sends me a bill for 2k for miscellaneous charges. He doesn’t itemize my bill or give me credit for things on the contract we didn’t ultimately do. We clearly have a contract dispute and I’m not paying this guy one more penny when I have substandard materials on my wall and for 10 business days on the job, he was there for 7 and only minimal hours per day. He arrived at my house today to discuss the change orders and he told me he would “f*cking rip off the drywall to put the correct drywall on” which was per the contract. He also has tried to make 100% on upcharge of fixtures (which I was going to order myself and he insisted on ordering them). He also threatened me in an email that he was going to rip out work that he did. Right now. I’ve paid him 7k, a bathroom that only has 35% work done and bathroom shower fixtures that is missing a part. I have open walls and now have to spend even more money to have a working shower. The Picture I am showing is of the cheap drywall he used instead of the green board as stated in his contract. Drywall board used in this area should have a water vapor barrier built in. Standard drywall not. In closing, what was supposed to be an exciting remodel has turned out to be a nightmare. I feel like he was trying to take advantage of me and then became angry when he was caught lying.

They did a great job and my neighbors saw it and had them built decks for them. He has been very reasonable with his rates. He did great work and always on time. I could recommend him very highly.

It was very nice and gave a very easy access. We were very pleased.

He came in and took measurements and the other day they came in and installed it and painted it as well. They were excellent and provided good service.

He was the most reliable than other contractors and he had the best materials. He had the most reasonable price as well. The service was very very quick. We used our porch 2 times a week so it was very very important for us. He did such a great job.

The bathroom remodel was a great experience. I highly recommend Ryan as he give me a great price and is very detail oriented. I have had him do multiple jobs and everything has come out great and will always use him.
