everything went very well, they called and said when they would arrive, six hours later I had a beautiful porch I would highly recommend them to all who are interested in having a fence or in my case a porch railing installed. A really great product, thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Fence looks nice. Unfortunately, after the fence was in we noticed that there was a decent 1ft gap between the ground and the fence on the side that our dog could get through. We asked them to come fix it. They came and examined it when no one was home and claimed it looked fine and refused to come back. We now have to let the weeds grow to attempt to cover it. Our dog has got out twice. Today we called to have them come take out some posts so we could have a shed delivered (which we were assured would be available if ever needed) and were told they didn't have time and to contact someone else or do it ourselves.

The best price offered came from Capital Fence. They had a 2 man crew come out on a Sunday and had the railings up in a couple of hours. Extremely level and secure, they knew what they were doing and took pride in the work. They did not just slap them up, but took care and leveled each piece. They did not bring a broom, so there were little filings left when they were done, but it was no big deal to sweep it up. Did not leave us hanging from the time we accepted the proposal to the time the work was done, but scheduled shortly after that.

Fence post were installed wrong. The fence post heave up every year from frost. The fence next to it installed by another contract to has never lifted.
I called them after fence post lifted and they came out and pounded them back down. The problem is that they lift up every year and the fence is out of warranty so they don't want to fix them.
When I first had the problem I was told by the salesman who was one of the Schifferle brothers that they used no concrete when installing the fence posts. Now people who weren't involved with the installation claim concrete was used.
I have never talked to anyone who had their post heave up every year if they were installed correctly.
BE VERY AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE! THIS HAS HAPPENED EVERY YEAR SINCE IT WAS INSTALLED.

The salesman was professional, knowledgeable and willing to accommodate our schedule for his two visits.
The fence was installed by two workers who were also knowledgeable and efficient. They cleaned up their leftover materials well after completing the job.
In terms of the fencing materials, we received several estimates. Apparently, other companies order their fencing materials from a distributor, which makes their prices consistently higher. Capital Fence produces their own fencing and the salesman claimed their fencing is thicker than the fencing the other companies use. They also offer a neutral color which in our case, blends into the colors of the yard unlike bright white would have.
In all, the fence looks very good, provides privacy and is claimed to be maintenance free. We were quite satisfied with this company in every way and would highly recommend them.

When I called them they came out with in one day and were able to get started that same week. The work was done very efficiently and they did not waste any time. I feel that they are very good at fencing and they were able to make everything look very nice.

Everything was a top grade about them except for their clean-up. They just didn't do it. We had them come back, but they just moved some dirt around. We really do love our fence and everything else about them was super. The price was good and the workers were very professional and courteous.

Capital Fence Company was very trustworthy, and honest. They did a great job, and were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Capital Fence Company is a professional company with excellent service and wonderful products. They do very high quality work. It took about two days to do the installation, which I thought was quite fast.
