We purchased a Flexsteel sectional and recliner from Calvin's just before Christmas. The sales person was highly knowledgeable and assured us we were getting a quality piece of furniture, which after using it for a few months we absolutely agree. As we purchased it just before the holidays, delivery took slightly longer than usual however the salesperson was very upfront about that. 3 weeks after our order was placed the factory informed Calvin's fabric we initially selected for the recliner was discontinued by the textile mill. The salesperson notified us and helped us select a new fabric. Impressively, this did not cause any delay in delivery. The delivery people were courteous and professional and arrived on time. After we discovered a small manufacturing flaw in the fabric on the chair Calvin's sent someone over to replace the entire back at no charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase quality furniture at a reasonable price. Their dedication to customer service is impressive.

There was nothing that I disliked about them. They were wonderful. If they are ordering furniture, it won't be in for eight weeks. People need to know that it won't be ready right away; they tell you that. They had the best furniture. You pick the leather, the color, the mechanism, etc. You really customize it yourself.
