Bathtub Restoration
these people lied to me from the start. said the warranty was 10 years. its 5. told me that the deposit was refundable its not. upsold me diamond glaze finish for an extra $89.00 and the technician didn't have a clue what it was. when i called to ask why they told me the guy was a new technichan and didn't know the terminology and that i got diamond glaze. well the technichian owns the building that is listed as the address of the company 32 sidway street so how is that possible? there is overspray all over my new floor and i was told by stephen that " I " could clean it up with de natured alcohol. He tried to fill in the chips with bondo that fell off and i told him to forget it so i guess thats my fault. also stephen tried to charge me an additional "trip fee" because the technichian that does all there diamond glaze work lives in hamburg not buffalo..not true the guy told me he lives in the city. I have been waiting here all day for another technichian to come fix the issues and its 522 pm and no call no show.
