I hired Buffalo Girl Home Inspection after I had already moved into my home, as I did not have the opportunity to have an inspection prior to purchase. It has been so relieving to have an inspection completed and to have a better understanding of my home. Jason was flexible with scheduling, so thorough, and performed an inspection that truly exceeded my expectations. We hired Buffalo Girl Home Inspection to perform an inspection of our house after we had already moved in to have a better understanding of our project priorities. Michael was wonderful! He was friendly, approachable, and so knowledgeable. Most importantly, he was able to take his deep understanding of homes and his inspection experience to communicate concerns and answer our questions in a very understandable way. He provided us with a list of things that he recommended we take care of immediately, things that are not immediate but should be taken care of in the forseeable future, and things that we likely do not need to do for some time. We are so happy with our experience and would recommend Buffalo Girl Home Inspection to others!

Radon Gas Testing
I was well-informed about the effects of radon, what options were available to me for testing and remediation, and the meaning of the ratings of a radon test. The inspector was punctual, courteous, extremely friendly, thorough, and very patient with my questions. He made sure that I received text before he came to the house and what color his truck was so that when he arrived, I knew it was him and felt safe letting him in. I would hire him again to do any kind a home inspection or testing. in the future. And would highly recommend him to anyone else. You cannot go wrong with this company. Five stars and if I could give more I would. Signed, happy with my radon reading.
