Born to Clean did a great job. They did a full cleaning of the first and second floor of my house.

Great, We had contruction dust throughout the house. Cleaners responded quickly, arrived on time and did a thorough job.

I met Jocelyn for the estimate & she seemed on the ball but many promises made were not kept. She never showed up after first cleaning to check on things. Patio doors were not cleaned, couch was not vacuumed, nor was furniture moved to clean behind. I called & left message the day after, but never received return call. (Answering machine picked up with co message on it - so # was correct). It took repeated attempts to obtain estimate. Cleaners were there 1 HR & 40 min. and cost was $152. What a waste - never again. I had to go finish the job. I reviewed estimate with my mom & many other items were not done. My mom said Stephanie cleaned the kitchen ok but Jose did not do too much. Jocelyn claimed to have had health issues, which is understandable, but customer communication was terrible. She could have at least explained situation. I feel taken advantage of. They were sure to collect money before leaving. She offered to come and correct things but I'm too aggravated to deal with another appointment. Very disappointed...

Best janitorial move out cleaning service our corporation has ever received for an apartment move out and we have had many disappointments from others.

They did an amazing job. Top to bottom - 2,000 sq ft of a house that hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Thanks “Born to Clean”!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, I don't think these people are in business any longer as they did not reply to a voice message at all. I don't think Angieslist vets any of these contractors.

Born to Clean did a great job. They did a full cleaning of the first and second floor of my house in about 2 hours. After an initial estimate they gave me prices, which were Biweekly: 1 hour- 59.81 2 hours-119.63 Monthly/As needed: 1 Hour- 65.25 1.5 hours-97.88 2 hours-130.50 Two individuals came and performed the cleaning.

Ruben and Jay arrived on time and they immediately went over the plan for this project They took no time to set up and begin the job. They were both very thorough and consulted with me along the way. Despite a rather hot/humid day, they worked diligently. They finished a little early and could have left, having completed every task on the sheet. However, they both remained to help me clean my daughter’s room which was not part of the project they were assigned to do. I would recommend Born to Clean to anyone. Jocelyn was responsive and I like that a real live person always answers the phone. As for Team Jay and Ruben: They’re HIRED! They will be coming back monthly to keep my home clean!

We needed to hire them at the last minute and they did an excellent job. Just wish they were less expensive so that we could use them more often.

I pointed out the misses from the first deep cleaning session and requested they stop after 90 minutes. It went very well. The ladies husseled. They did all the big things and the house sparkled when they were done. We discussed what I can do which would keep the twice monthly to 90 minutes so I can keep in budget. I feel I can work with them to achieve a clean home and not break the budget. Happy with the result. If they were not willing to work with me on scope and time I could not have achieved the cost I can sustain. They are on the high end but they do hustle and do an excellent job.

I had them skip my office until next appointment and it took 2 cleaners 3 hours for the initial cleaning. They did do deep clean of baseboards, taking gas stove components off and scrubbing, mopping hard surfaces and vacuum rugs/carpets. Moved my piano and cleaned behind it. Master glass shower stall sparkles. I am going to have them come back in two weeks to see how a regular cleaning compare both cost and level of cleaning. There were two areas I feel they missed - 2 corners of glass shower door and bath glass shelf where shower products sit which I will bring to their attention. I have engaged several companies / individuals in past. This was on the high end for cost and did more but whether on the regular schedule it will be worth the difference from a local individual who charges $20 an hour but did not deep clean. I will give them another session to see.

We use Born To Clean regularly. They are very professional. If for some reason they are running late (i.e. due to weather conditions, etc..), they always call to let you know. They do a great job! I highly recommend them. We have had other companies in the past but were very dissatisfied with their work.

I have used Born to clean a few times! Once right before my babies due date, once before a party I was throwing, and a few times in between! My expectations were exceeded each time. Definitely will be using them again and again and again!!

Our family has been using Born to Clean for almost a year and a half and we are very happy. The owners have always been responsive to our requests and crews are very professional. Any changes to our normally scheduled time are communicated beforehand, so we haven't had any surprises in that area. We have two young sons and their staff, especially Miss Ashlei, always takes the time to organize the books/stuffed animals in their bedrooms and it's such a sweet touch. They are always kind to our pets too. Born to Clean has been a sanity saver - I'd much rather pay for cleaning and skip eating out a few times, gives me an extra 8 hours a month to spend with my kids.

Born To Clean of WNY has been cleaning my home for a little over two months now. Today, Steven and Destiny (sp?) were here and my home has never looked and smelled so clean before. I'm beyond elated at the professionalism and personable they both were. Everyone is so friendly, accommodating and they truly come ready to work! I couldn't stop smiling at how my house looked (even while they were still here). I watched little knick knacks on my wall get moved that haven't been touched in years. This duo is a home run for me and a real asset to Born to Clean. I'm so thankful for everything that they do for me. The owner is always readily available for any questions or concerns. I wish that I would have made the switch to them MUCH sooner. This company does it right where many others fail. Thank you to the whole Born to Clean team!

Cleaning varied from quite good to adequate; cleaners were not always there at the hour of the appointment (sometimes earlier or later) but usually within a couple of hours. The big problem was that, though a glitch in the system, cleaners didn't show up for an appointment we confirmed and *did* show up unexpectedly a week later. I figured out that confirming the original appointment at the last minute had accidentally confirmed us for the following week--despite no separate confirmation having been emailed. I emailed the company and asked, respectfully, for a slight discount on the bill, given that we hadn't prepared for cleaning and they weren't expected. Not only did they refuse, they refused to admit any mistake had happened, despite multiple explanations. The discount wasn't a big deal, honestly, but I was very surprised by their absolute refusal to take responsibility for the scheduling system's mistake, or even to admit that it happened, and discontinued service. I'm afraid I need to know a service with access to my home can respond reasonably and professionally to any workplace issues.

So far so good. I hope it continues.

Jocelyn came to my home to assess the job. She was punctual, professional and polite. Cody and Scott have come to clean twice now. They too were very friendly and hardworking. In just a few hours they were able to clean my entire home - floors and baseboards hand washed (no swiffers!) I've very please with their service and will continue to have them clean for me bi-weekly. What a relief to have this help!

I needed a deep cleaning done for my home before a birthday party. Jocelynn came out and gave us a free in home estimate. She was very informative on the services they provided and fair. She paid attention to the requirements of the job and asked us if there was any products we wanted used. The team came in and made my home look absolutely amazing. They touched everything. The floors were washed on their hands and knees, windows were done, baseboards, the cupboards in the kitchen. Originally I was going to sign up for a one time deep cleaning, but I am going to have them back on a biweekly basis.

I have been using this cleaning service for some time and while I am fairly happy with the cleaning they do, particularly my hardwood floors and stovetop, I feel that there are issues that need to be worked out. First, when I signed on with this company, I was told that the day and hours would be the same for each cleaning and that the same crew would work on my house. This turns out to be false. It seems every time I open my door I see new faces, but what's more irksome is that the hours fluctuate from visit to visit (and sometimes without advance notice) and you are literally forced to stay home (sometimes all day) before they show up. I fired my last cleaning service for not showing up at all on my regularly scheduled cleaning day, and I fired this cleaning crew for the same reason. They said they called and left a message but I checked my voicemail twice, and no such message was left. Regarding the cleaning, it can be pretty spotty, depending on the crew. I have a coffee table on an area rug, and I must say that I think the table has been moved twice in 6 months for vacuuming underneath it. Some crews go above and beyond, cleaning the blinds or the insides of my windows, where my anxious dog sometimes slobbers, but as I say, this has become a delightful surprise rather than the rule.
