Routine

I have been using him for about 4 years. I would refer him to friends and family. He always responds to my phone calls, comes promptly, he does the work satisfactorily and I don't feel I am being over charged. The quality of his work is very good.

Bob comes to take a look, gets his crew in, and inspects as they go along. The crew is an interesting cast of characters, as is Bob himself. Looks like a biker dude but is very nice and explains things well. They can handle any "surprises" that come their way plumbing-wise. Good response time. Can't say anything bad about them, but they are the only guys we have used, so not completely sure how their prices compare. Cleanup was good.

He used to be my plumber for many years and was reliable for a long time. The reason I started to look for another plumber was because he wasn’t coming out himself anymore and was sending other people out. He always used to come out faithfully and his pricing was excellent. If I would call him in the fall he would come out and do the furnace. He has done a lot of plumbing work for me. I had to have the last work for which he had sent out another person redone. The last time that he looked up my furnace was in 2007. From then on other people starting coming out to do the work. I had some pipes that were grouting and developed leaks at the joint. He sent out someone to replace the whole joint area and that started to leak again. He never used to come out for the plumbing and always used to send someone else. One of the people that came out told me that he didn’t want to work himself anymore. He was here for only about two seconds the last time he came out to look at the furnace. I am using another service provider now.

He's very good, his rates are reasonable. He is prompt and I would highly recommend him.

I found Bob's Plumbing on Angie's List. It took very little time to get an estimate and schedule the work. His crew was very friendly and did a good job installing and replacing everything. Clean-up could have been a bit better and Bob tends to be a bit vague about time, so you have to pin him down on that, but he stuck exactly to his estimate even though they had to replace a shut-off valve which was unexpected.
