as I stated they were supposed to clean and detail my car. They forgot to schedule the upholstery for cleaning. They left soaking wet mats in my hatch that dripped water into the cargo holds. I had to dry those out, reclean all the mats and then do the upholstery myself. They did do a nice job cleaning the windows, but I'm not even sure they waxed the car. What a mess I got out my Hoover Cleaner and did the whole car over myself. They didn't even vacuum the seats.

First time I went to Bob I got the inspection done one month ago, Bob has told me a few things need to be change and repair. He charged me over $500 and passed the inspection. But what he failed to do is put a new sticker on my windshield. And it's my mistake for not noticing because my 17 years old daughter has no experience with new color sticker. After one month, same car has been acting up and stalling when driving, and all 3 lights came on dashboard. So I took it back to Bob and he told me my inspection is past due and the windshield blades need to be changed and tried to charged me $128 for changing blades, and he told me he doesn't know why the car is stalling, he asked me to pay him $508 to clean the air filter but no guarantee it will be fixed the stalling problem. I asked him what does he means the inspection is passed due because he just passed my inspection a month ago. And why needs to change blades because I just have all blades replaced less than 2 weeks. Then he went silence and found out it was his fault for not giving me a new sticker a month ago, so My daughter had been driving her car with the past due sticker. Not only he didn't apologize. He told me it was my fault to not checking. And he tried to blame other employee for cashing me out last time and they forgot. I told him it was him Bob cashed me out!!! I didn't feel comfortable for having them do any work on my car any further, because I feel he is scamming me. I m a women and this is why he thinks he can take advantage on me, I don't know a lot about cars, but I know how to change blades, change brake pads, do oil change those minor jobs. But he insultingly told me "you don't know how to do the job that's why your blades are messed up". My blades were fine and installed by advanced auto for free. Bob tried to charge me $128 for changing blades and lied to me said it was messed up which is a lie!!!! At the end, I didn't want any further job will be done from him, he was really rude at me and told me he will charge me $120 for diagnostic for the problems that he couldn't guarantee that was the issue. And he said if that was not the problem, then will change the brake sensor for another $400 and still not guarantee. I left the store with full of INSULTING and ATTACKING from Bob. I was upset but I paid because I don't take advantage on others like he does. Bottom line is if you are a female, don't go to this mechanic. Bob will tell you whole bunch of crap needs to be fixed and make it sounds complicating jobs and serious problems with your car and think you don't know anything so he can take advantage on you. NEVER LET BOB TAKE ADVANTAGE WITH HIS RUDE ATTITUDE!!!!

Very pleased with service, as always. The vehicle failed inspection initially because of the battery - we needed to drive it about 50 miles to reset the sensors. They did not charge us to complete the inspection a few days later. They also let us know that we will need new tires soon, but didn't pressure us to buy now.

I used Bison for several years. The Car was always ready on time and the owner was always honest and called me before performing additional service. The only reason I have not been going there for car service, is my car was in an accident and totaled. I purchased a new car and the dealer performs the maintenance at no charge. I will return there for maintenance once the warranty has expired.

Excellently ~  Bob has always been prompt, very thorough, and honest!  I can count on him to go the extra mile if he notices  that my van (which has been converted for my wheelchair)  needed attention. I can count on Bob!

I had an appointment for NYS Inspection on my 1983 Mazda RX7.  When I arrived Bob was Ready for me and had my car in and out in no time with a thorough report of all systems.

Bob at Bison is not the best at customer service. He will get you in, usually the same day - but beware.  That minor item you thought you were having repaired will turn into a huge list of repairs.  I don't think he is very honest in what actually needs to be done to the car.. I have since gone elsewhere..

The customer service was terrible. The owner just was not considerate and would not listen to me at all. He didn't care what I had to say from the beginning. He told me what he wanted to tell me and that was that. He was condescending and arrogant. I took it there the first time and the car had the same problem two days later and he told me it was a whole new problem. I think he up sold me. I took the car to the Buick dealership and they said it was just a problem with the fuse in the radio. All I had to do was remove the fuse, it should have been a simple inexpensive job. It was a really bad experience. I wouldn't go back there if it was free.

He did not know what the 60k mile maintenance included so he said that he would have to look it up. He said that he would call me back with the estimate. When he called me back he never answered my question on what it all included. He told me that I needed this and that and listed several things that I needed and he quoted me 820.00. I wanted to know the individual things on the list but he would not break it down for me. He went ahead and did it for me and when I got the break down it was mostly filters and wiper blades. I called him the next day to express my concern. Mainly because he never gave me a print out of what the 60k mile maintenance was or included.

He also did not fix my brake noise which is one of the first things that I asked him to take care of. He said that I never told him about the noise and just gave me a lot of attitude about the whole thing.

Excellent as usual (I have been using only this excellent shop since I moved to Buffalo 4 years ago).  Extremely friendly team (they even remember me every time!).  Very professional attitude.  Excellent work.  You sense they do not try to get the most from you.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Our overall experience with them has been excellent.  We would absolutely use them again.

I like that they sent a lottery ticket with a Christmas card and 10% off coupon; we already used the 10% off thing. It?s like a neighborhood place so I prefer going to them rather than to a dealer. It?s straight down the street and it?s easy. The mechanic is always friendly and he seems honest. The car comes through on time which is an important thing. I don?t know about the price since I didn?t shop around a lot.

My daughter moved from Texas to Buffalo this year for graduate school. Thank god for Bison Automotive! We didn't have a clue how to prepare a car for the winter. They also talked her out of buying the four snow tires I was insisting that she buy....they said she only needed two at the most. She's been in several times for minor issues and they have never been "up-sold" her on service she didn't need. It's been very comforting to know she has a good, honest auto repair shop while living so far from home.

They are very, very nice. I found him on Angie's List. He is very pleasant to deal with. He's efficient. His shop is extremely clean, spotless. The prices are a little high, but it is worth it.

We've gone there for several years and are very happy with their service. One thing that stands out for me is that the owner actually picked me up when the work was done. It's this kind of courteous service that makes me know that they are really trying to do their best for me.

The price was high, but the quality of work was great. They really checked my car over thoroughly and I do trust whatever advice they give. They don't offer a loaner car, but they do offer a free shuttle service.
