+ -1 moreMark stood us up twice, and when we called to inquire, he got very defensive on the phone and stated he couldn't do anything as it was over 5 yrs. ago that the roof was installed. Furthermore, he indicated that should he come out and find something, he would not stand behind his work. Needless to say, less than 8 yrs. and we are currently having a new roof installed by a much more reputable company to remediate the water issues caused by poor workmanship. Think twice before hiring Big Bear.
Description of Work: This company installed a roof in the summer of 2009 for the previous owners of my current home. After moving in (summer of 2010), we began experiencing water issues and after having inspectors, code enforcers, general contractors, as well as roofing companies in to assess the situation, we were encouraged to contact Mark at Big Bear and see if they would come out and inspect their work. Their receptionist made an appointment without an issue for us which was the only positive we got from the company.
