 + -1 moreWe used them 5 years ago. We bought two new pieces of upholstered furniture the upholstery started fraying immediately looking horrible and they attributed it to normal wear and tare within warranty period. They would not do anything. We will never use them again.
Description of Work: We purchased a couch from them.
