The guy showed up, checked the furnace and did some adjustment but when he left, the furnace stopped working again. I called him but I never received a call back. Then after 2 weeks, I got a call from him and he said to have somebody else to do the job then hang up. If he doesn't want to do the job, he could have just told me and not jerk around.

They do a very good job. They installed the furnace many years ago. They have always serviced it and have always done a good job.

We have made numerous calls to his company and they are almost never returned (1 out of 4). We were trying to set up an appointment to have the furnace serviced for regular maintenance as well as ask him some other questions. We even asked a neighbor, who was having work done by Bob(10/06), to ask him to call us. The neighbors and their parents say they have the same problem trying to reach him. It seems he only responds to emergencies. I was able to get the one call back about 3-4 weeks ago and he did mention that the neighbors told him to call us. He said he had been busy, only had four guys and may be able to come out the following week. Today, 3/7/07 we called another heating/ac company. They answered the phone and set up an appointment for Monday. So easy!
