It was okay. It was not cheap. They came pretty fast and I thought it was pretty expensive. The quality and their responsiveness were fine. It would be better if they lower the price. It really doesn't cost that much.

They forgot the early morning appointment but I called later in the day and they came within 15 min. It was very quick and they took all the old parts with them and offered to put all the things back under the sink

I HAVE A 100 YEAR OLD HOUSE AND ANY REPAIR LIKE THIS (NEW DRAIN CONNECTION INSIDE WALL) CAN GO POORLY BECAUSE YOU NEVER CAN TELL WHAT "FITTINGS" WILL BE FOUND WHEN YOU OPEN UP A 50 OR 60 YEAR OLD WALL. ATM OPENED THE WALL AND MADE THE NECESSARY PVC CONNECTIONS AND I PATCHED THE PLASTER WALL WITH DRY WALL AFTERWARDS ATM RETURNED AND INSTALLED THE NEW SINK AND RECONNECTED THE WATER AND THE DRAIN.

It was awful.  I mean he came in, you know, because every once in awhile it would run and I had a leaky faucet and of course he said well the faucets not really leaking, all you need to do is drain it.  Well it's still leaking because he didn't fix it and the whole toilet needed to be ripped out.  He ripped out the whole toilet, he went downstairs, you know, it flooded downstairs, I mean, so my tiles are stained and I mean he was a real jerk.  He didn't come on time.  I just should have threw him out of the house but I would never ever recommend him.  It was probably in a couple of days after the purchase that he came out when I called him.  It wasn't the time that he said, then I thought I had to call him and then he goes, oh yeah I'm coming, you know, so he was late from what he scheduled.  Oh my gosh yeah I incurred more cost than the $49, oh my goodness I paid a whole, I don't have the bill but I paid maybe close to $500 I bet, $600 after he ripped everything out.  You know how sometimes your toilet it use to go off by itself, you know, when you flush it and 20 minutes later it fills up again.  It was a disaster actually.  So it started out as a leaking faucet and a drippy toilet and ended up being a real mess.  I don't think there was any good part about it, I mean it started out bad from the beginning.

I bought the deal for $39 for the service call. When he got here he told me that a service call was $215 and the $39 was taken off of that but he still charged me $179 in addition to the $39 I had already paid so it cost me $218 to get the faucet put in!  What a rip off. Plus the guy had muddy shoes and tracked all over my hall carpet. Very disappointed to say the least. He was pleasant though.

I purchased the Angies List Deal of the Day to clean out the main line for my newly purchased home. He showed up on time and did what the deal stated. He also provided me with some great tips and recommendations. I'll be calling ATM plumbing regularly to keep up with maintenance. Highly recommended!

Tom said would be there around 9:30-10 after job but did not show until 11:30 then had to go to store to get another piece. Came back at noon finished shortly after 1. Job done well but punctuality lacking. Price on listing seemed very confusing. Stated you would receive $150 value for $39 but really seemed to be a $39 upfront cost just to get him there and then you get that off the cost of work .Really didn't seem like any savings at all.
