.We moved locally, one side of town to the other. The company gave us an estimate that caused us to contract with them. The actual bill was 30+% over the estimate. In addition, no paperwork was provided for the overage and they just charged my credit card that I had used for the initial estimate. After numerous calls and e-mails to the salesperson and owner, I had to call the credit card company and have them charge back the company. This finally got their attention and the billing was resolved by them issuing a credit of $300. Never did get an explanation of the overage in billing. If you use this company, don't let them do the packing. They are terrible.Allied is a franchise and this company is know as American Household Storage.

I like their professionalism and attention to detail. They took a lot of care with our stuff and were efficient and fast. I spent about $2000 on that work. The cost of the services exceeded their estimate. I might use them in the future.

We have used them three or four times but this particular time didn't go as well. Their appearance was scary because their uniforms were dirty and they didn't seem reliable. They broke a few things along the way and it just wasn't the best experience.
