The job went well and the job looks great. Very happy!

My wife and I met the owner of the company (Paul) at the Buffalo Home Show and were interested in the promotion he was offering.  He was quite personable and represented his business well. He gave us a promotional flyer with a price that was attractive and upon asking about any additional fees for including vents or removal of security bars on our existing windows, he said there that was all included in the price.  That was surprising to us as we were expecting to encounter extra charges, but, naturally, we were happy to learn about such a great deal.  My wife called three weeks later to make arrangements and confirm the pricing, but experienced one of the most rude customer service interactions of her life.  The manager who answered was completely disinterested in providing any assistance.  When she asked about the pricing we received from the owner, he said "absolutely not" and as the manager he would never authorize such a price.  I called back later in the day and simply asked to speak with the owner, but ended up leaving a message with the same rude manager.  It's been several days and no return call.  Ultimately, I called a competitor, Buffalo Glass Block, and received a much more professional and courteous interaction.  I hope the owner becomes aware of how his employee's behavior is costing him business and harming his company's reputation.

Provided prompt, courteous, and fair estimate to install a large glass block window in an attaches garage . Did not use because of different glass design preferred. Extremely nice salesperson who followed up appropriately.

The salesperson was very prompt and professional. He explained everything to me. The price was too high, but I needed the job done right away so I hired them. They did the job in two days. The windows are secure and the service was convenient. They were very prompt and very professional with my tenants. They cleaned up after themselves.

This estimator (co-owner) is a real nice guy and very clear in his estimate/scope of work. The individual that came out to complete the work was extremely competent and fast. There wasn't a speck of debris around when he finished the job. All the mortar joints were professionally applied and the finished product (pre-assembled @ the shop) was of the greatest quality! We like their work so much, they are doing a complete job of basement window replacement w/ glass block right away @ our rental property. If anyone is looking for glass block services, this clearly is the company to deal with!

One of the owners came to give the estimate, he was very friendly and informative. They came when they said, did their job, cleaned up, and asked me to look over the job when they were done. It was very professional and I would highly recommend them

We had no issues with American Glass Block. They came out to our house and gave us an accurate estimate. They completed the work quickly, and we haven't had any complaints.

American Glass did a nice job in the basement. Based on my later experience with my bathroom window, I would not do business again. They had to have a carpenter come to my home about a week later to finish the inside job.
