Alside did not install any of the replacement windows, however, there was a problem with the window construction. We weren't able to obtain satisfaction through our constr. co. We did complain directly to Alside and Alside stood by their products, came to our home to see the problem and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. We told our constr. co. we wanted full screens but 1/2 screens arrived. (constr. co. or Alside's fault?) Alside came through with the full screens when we talked with the representative directly. The 3 pane casement window arrived opening different from what we asked for. (The constr. co. or Alside?) The incorrect window had to be installed but then Alside constructed the window correctly and replaced the window at their cost, themselves,& did a good job. (we no longer used the constr. co. & didn't want to ever again). When choosing which windows we wanted we could not get info from Alside, they only do wholesale, but they were great about fixing the problems.

Alside Supply was very responsive. They came as scheduled and did a professional job. The quality of the windows was very good. Our house looks much better now. They gave us different options for windows without pressuring us and treated us well.
