1. I have 21/2 car driveway and he only plowed half of it. Never did sidewalks or porch which I paid extra for.
2. Was always last to get driveway done, he would wait until all snow had stopped.
3.Like the other comment, someone came to my door also a month into the contract and wanted to sign me up for next year, said no , just gave you a check for this year and not sure about next year.
4. I get big snow drifts in front of my garage. They were never plowed. started to plow 4 feet from garage and again only half the driveway. I questioned that said could not get that close with plow!!
5. Did call and ask about things not being done and was told charges everyone same price and does only one sweep of the driveway no matter how big it is, does same for everyone he said. Asked about sidewalks and porch said was always done by time he got there. Not true!!!
6. The last snow storm we had at end of March, he did not come and I had to get out of my driveway for a commitment. Called him said he put plows away for the season the week before. Advised contract says until 4/01, got porky with me so hung up and had to shovel the heavy wet stuff on my own, since my neighbors were not available.
7. Got a lot of questions from my neighbors about the plow service, so he gave everyone a good example of his worth ethics. My neighbors would do my driveway and have for the last years but decided to hire someone to save them the hard work, especially this year.
8. Did contact town and he did have a permit and insurance. Just in case you do not know if a snowplow company does not have that you call town and they send police out to give them a ticket and fine,
9. Needless to say now looking for another company to do my driveway. Been watching neighbors who driveways have been plowed right all winter, twice each snowfall so going to be ringing some doorbells

Contracted with this company for residential snowplowing for 3 inches or more.
1.) Double wide driveway - Only plowed one side of drive way
2.) I believe they actually came 3 times on their own. However, it was well well well after the end of the last snowflake fell.
3.) After a month into the contract, they rang my doorbell late at night and ask me if i wanted to contract for next year as they had taken on too many contracts this year and they were limiting their services next year. However, they wanted the cash upfront. i advised that due to the fact that they had only serviced me once or twice, I would have to wait and see how dependable they were before contracting for the next year........I guess that was it. I had to call every time it snowed beyond 3 inches....Sometimes they came sometimes they did not..........My neighbors were gracious enough to plow for me on several occasions
4.) Overall not dependable
