He gave me an estimate and told me that he would get back to me to start the job and he never did. I had to call him initially twice. He first lost my number and then I didn't bother again. I felt that if he was that slipshod about getting calls back to people, I didn't want to hire him. The first time he called me right back and set up a time to come. He gave me the estimate and then I told him we were going to go with him and he never got back to me. He still has never called so I don't want anything to do with him. I had checked originally with the Better Business Bureau and he had high ratings. When he came out, he seemed pleasant enough. After two times of not getting back to me, I thought that he wasn't reliable. His price was fair. I would absolutely not use him.

They did an excellent job. They were on schedule. They were really easy to work with. They were efficient.

I have a Victorian house and I needed a 4 color paint job on the front of my house. They did a great job. They were very reasonable and efficient as well. Joseph Galvin was the person who came out to get the work done. I was very pleased with them and they did exactly what I asked them to do in a very professional way. They were very polite, prompt and professional. They got the job done very fast and exactly how I wanted.

The contractor came promptly to give an estimate, started the work when he promised, and completed it on schedule (8 working days). The crew, 3 or 4 every day, were always on time, quiet, and all were excellent carpenters. They took a great deal of pride in their work, enjoyed solving problems and made several suggestions, which we incorporated at no extra charge. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were a pleasure to have around.
