My pool's heater had some little connection thing that broke. He fixed it within an hour and also told his assistant to scoop the leaves out of my pool (no charge) just because it was a kind thing to do.

He is wonderful, punctual, polite and does a thorough job. I wish I had him working on my pool years ago. He returns calls and show up.
