The installation went well. He showed up on time and honored the price he quoted when all was done. He cleaned up and removed old windows and all debris. if it weren't for the new windows being in you wouldn't have thought any construction took place, very thorough clean up. Very courteous and easy to talk to.

I contacted Henry of HB Windows after being referred by a neighbor. I called Henry of HB Windows and discussed the window installation process. Henry explained the purchase and installation process to me and my wife. When scheduled and appointment to meet with him and performed a walk through of our home. Henry explained what was needed the for home and what to expect for the process. Henry showed me a great window selection that went well with my home. My wife and I, decided to have Henry perform the service and placed the down payment. Henry informed us that the windows would be delivered within 4-6 weeks from placing the order. The windows arrived within 2 1/2 weeks and were installed within the same week of delivery. Henry arrived on site at 8:45AM in the morning and completed the installation process by 5PM as promised. This was a great experience with Henry and HB windows. My wife and I, have enjoyed working with Henry. Henry was very professional and works with care for his clients and attention to detail. He was very fast and knew exactly what he was doing. He came prepared with all his tools and did the job in a clean manner. He protected my floors and cleaned up after the job was done.

He is very hard working, devoted and arrives on time. He did a great job install the window frames and windows. When he finished he trained me how to clean, open, lock the windows. I was really very pleased with his work. He doesn't talk much he just works.

They did a wonderful job. He was very organized and had the materials needed to do the job. He was very dependable and very neat and clean. He covered up the carpet and furniture and was very responsive to any requests. He even filled out the forms so I could get a tax credit on the windows.
