This is actually the second time we've had Juan refinish floors in our 120 year old house. He made them look new again!
Juan is very detail oriented, he takes great pride in his work. He isn't happy with the job unless we are. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a flooring expert who is honest, reliable, fair and delivers an excellent result. We are very happy with our beautiful floors!

They were awesome. He came in when my floor was horrible. I was in distress and he rejuvenated it, I couldn't believe. I can tell that he knew what he was doing because he told me right away, he was like, "don't worry about it, I am going to make this look good.", and then I was like, "are you sure, because it didn't look good", because like I said it was horrible. He came and I don't know how he did it, but he made it look great. I thought that was really good, because before it was in a really bad condition. He kept in touch with me. I have no complains with him.

We're not happy with their service. I don't think that they did a good job and there was five hardwood finish that were missing. It was hard to get them to fix it. It was a brand new new flooring, it was not even and old flooring that have to be repaired put a brand new one. Normally, a company would have done some field work, they did not do any of that. Their price was reasonable but you don't get what you've wanted. They were quick to come and do it, once they had the money and all of a sudden when I had some problems it took them over week to come over here and take a look at it.
