My windows are difficult to pop out of the frame and equally difficult to pop back in, but they persevered and eventually got the hang of it.  The job probably took longer than expected, but through all this the two women were friendly .  They also did a good job washing the windows.

The house cleaning was free via prior agreement, windows we paid.  We have cathedral windows in the living room and they had probably never been cleaned.  They used a ladder and the windows look wonderful now.  All windows are clean and streak-free and I suspect they were never cleaned before....
