They've been out over four times and it is no better! Took f OK reversible to schedule a time for the new part t OK be OK installed. Came out TR yesterday and still not working any different!

Not happy with the amount of money paid and the quality of work! Very disappointed!!

My experince was mixed. They did install the air conditioner, but it took them twice as long as estimated (two hours), which meant that it cost me twice as much and the insullation was poor. I had to re-insulate it myself.

I had to wait a little longer than the 10 days they said it would take. But, when I called them I got an appointment. The same tech came, and fixed it. Unfortunately, the broiler still wasn’t working, and when I called they made immediate appointment to come back. Turns out that the new igniter had blown out, but Michael had a new one and replaced it. They were very responsive.

Problem repaired.

They were efficient and did a magnificent job! They got the part they needed in 1 day.

Perfect diagnosis and repair

Zulk was super fast scheduling me (same day). Mike (the repair man) was on time and very professional. He gave me great advice on other appliances and identified the problem of our washer. He ordered right away the missing piece and came back 2 days later and installed it solving the problem. A+ service and great staff!!

They were horrible. I initially gave them the benefit of doubt. They were going to come back and fix it and they never really did. I spent almost $400 or $500 to get my freezer fixed and they did not fix it. I tried calling them back and they did not return my calls. On pricing, I thought they were outrageous. Initially they were responsive, they came. Then, I kept trying to call the office and nobody would ever pick up. Finally, the service person who came, gave me his phone number and I was able to reach him. He came back once and tried to fix it and then, never again. It just didn't happen, it just didn't work. They were hard to reach on the phone, you would leave a message. They were not responsive. The one time he came, he came on time. Other times, he didn't show up. The first time the service person came, the guy ended up being nice. When he walked in, I said to him, "I got you from Angie's List," and he said, "Oh so you want to get a cheaper rate?" I thought that was so weird and I thought it was a little arrogant. I worked with the guy, I was nice to him. We developed a little bit of a rapport and he seemed to soften. But, I just did not have a good experience. I said to him, "Look, is it worth fixing?" In the end, I paid for a third of a new refrigerator, in a sense. I would absolutely never ever use them and I wouldn't recommend anybody using them.

Fantastic! The most honest people you will ever do business with.
First of all, the owner got back to me within less than 24hrs when most other companies never returned my call. He scheduled someone to come in the next morning and mentioned that there was an--very reasonable for NYC--$89 charge to come. This fee is waved if repairs are performed. 
As promised, Mike, the repairman, called 30 minutes before arrival and well within the 3 hour window. He was knowledgeable, hardworking and polite. It was truly a pleasure to deal with such a professional. I can't sing his praises loudly enough.
