The quote was very low, but we didn't feel as confident with them as we did with another service provider. When he came over to do the survey of the work, he was late and I had to call him several times. It seemed like he forgot the appointment which is one of the reasons we didn't do with him.

It went extremely well overall. The contractor arrived on the date agreed to, with sufficient crew to get the job done in just a couple of days. They were thoroughly professional - they were careful to not disturb existing landscaping; removed the minimum number of old bricks required; matched the brick and mortar as well as could be expected; did more pointing than was agreed to; and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. A totally professional job, and I would absolutely use them again for this kind of work.

They were wonderful. They came and did everything that they promised. When they couldn't find the leak they came again and were successful. Very clean. Most professional workers.
