DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I placed an order on the web and received a confirmation. When the order did not arrive, I sent an email inquiry. I was told to wait two weeks. At the end of two weeks, I send another email. I was told that the item was back ordered. I wrote a note to cancel the order and received no reply. I called the number listed on the web and was told that the sales representative thought that the order had been shipped. I was put on hold for 20 minutes while loud music played in the background, and then disconnected. When I called again, I was told that the order would be shipped within two days. I was informed that I would not be charged for the item until it had shipped. I did not receive the order, but I was charged for the item on my Visa bill. I called to inquire about the charge and the status of the order and was put on hold for 10 minutes. The service representative returned to the call to tell me that she would have to check on the status of the order and would call me back. When she called back, she said that the item was out of stock and that she was unsure of when it would be available. I canceled the order. The sales representative indicated that I would get a full refund and wrote me an email note saying that my money would be refunded.
