Tom, his son Tom and his partner Ed along with Ed's son Mike and Kevin arrived on time to sand and poly 104 year old wood floors that had been heavily stained by cat urine. I thought my floors were toast but these professionals know their trade and performed a miracle. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. High quality work.

Tommy was an absolute joy from the jump. He was very open and easy to get ahold of. He came to give an estimate the day after we spoke, was clear about the project, and offered an incredibly competitive rate. We needed the entry hall floor done, and he was very helpful in trouble shooting how weâ d get the job done while not being able to walk on it for a couple hours. And to top it off, the floor looks great!! I recommend him highly!

Woodland Floors worked to make our home like new! We HAD old wood floors that survived through the traffic of a busy household with four kids. Other companies told us they couldn t not restore or wanted to charge us more to restore. Woodland floors said they could save our floors and gave us a lower quote than the other companies. They worked non-stop to ensure that they did a thorough and professional job; they replaced broken slats, sanded the floors and finally put down three coats of poly. They were in and out in three consecutive days leaving our floors looking amazing. I feel like I am living in a brand new house after being here for 13 years. To top it off, we made a few scratches in our floors moving the furniture back in place and Woodland floors offered to come back and touch up the spots. Thank you!!!
