Yvonne was warm and kind. She was punctual and left the place sparkling clean. Dusting, mopping, and cleaning the appliances. We were happy chatting with her afterwards. We look forward to working with her again in the future and recommending her to family and friends.

Yvonne did a great job on my apartment, cleaning the floors, bathrooms, kitchen & appliances, dusting surfaces, etc. Very thorough! She brought all her supplies with her too. The housekeeper arrived early because she was coming from quite a distance. I was impressed that being prompt was so important to her that she left extra time in her schedule to make sure she arrived in a timely fashion. She did a very good job and my husband and I were pleased with her work. The agency responded to my initial request quickly and professionally.

Yvonne responded to my message right away and was very friendly and efficient. She allowed me to name my price and we agreed on a fair wage. The cleaning person she assigned to me is Alcia. She is friendly, efficient and very hard working. She asked what I wanted and did everything really well. The house was sparkling. It took 5 hours for our 2 story, 4 bedroom house. I have asked Alcia to come once a month.

We love Yvonne. She’s been working with us for more than 2 years now. Our whole house sparkles when she’s done. My mother, who is always a critic, even complimented us on how clean the house was when they visited recently. For those who complain that Yvonne, or any housecleaner, misses important things, everyone has a different perspective on what those important things are; it’s not a housecleaner’s job to read a client’s mind. I made a list of things I specifically wanted her to address early on, and she now makes those items a part of her regular routine.

Yvonne has been working with me for 2.5 years now. She always arrives with a positive attitude and does a thorough, efficient job of cleaning. Most importantly she is trustworthy and I never feel that I need to hang around the house while she is working. Yvonne has made my life many, many times easier and I happily recommend her to anyone who needs either regular or occasional cleaning.

Fantastic, Yvonne was great! She was very punctual and professional. She seems to really like what she does - and definitely knows what she is doing. And not afraid to get her hands dirty! I have a back injury, so needless to say, I hadn't cleaned in weeks. Plus, I'm in the middle of a move, so there were boxes and stuff everywhere. Despite that, she was really able to get in there and do a great, deep cleaning. Maybe I'm wrong, but, I feel she went beyond her normal duties because of my sitauation. Im not really sure, I never really had a house cleaning service before. But, I do know that I liked her a lot and would definitely recommend her and use her again. She was excellent, arrived early, easy to engage, encouraging and did a phenomenal job organizing my bedroom. I plan to have her back. She was extremely hardworking.

Perhaps Yvonne had an off day, but I honestly don’t get why people rave about her. When she does what she calls a “deep cleaning”, she might do a spectacular job. Who knows? but I wouldn’t know since what she did for us - her “regular cleaning” - was disappointing and we will not ask her to return. When we spoke, I wasn’t clear about the difference between “regular cleaning” and “deep cleaning”. She simply asked me what would I need, and do want a deep cleaning. I told her that I don’t know what’s a deep cleaning, but we have a large 1BR with a rec room, that we’re not terribly dirty and we try to keep the place clean, we have dogs that shed, and that the main thing is to clean the dust. Yvonne asked me how much I paid my usual cleaning. Stupidly I told her that I pay her $150. I also include a $10 tip, but I didn’t mention that. It takes my regular cleaning lady around 7 hours to clean the entire apartment, and she leaves it spick and span. Yvonne agreed to accept that amount, and after 4 hours of work, she announced that she finished. She says she doesn’t charge by the hour but by the job, and that’s fine with me – as long as she actually does a good job. But that was not the case. I took a look at the apartment and couldn’t believe that she would think the place is clean. Countless things weren’t clean: the fridge wasn’t touched, the blinds were full of dust, the kitchen backsplash was left dirty, the front of the dishwasher - including the handle - wasn’t touched, the paper towel rack that had some grease on it wasn’t touched, our living room glass table wasn’t touched (it had lots of fingerprints on it), the door to the yard that our dogs dirty with their paws wasn’t touched, lots of areas throughout the apartment were left dusty, the staircase leading downstairs was not touched, a rag was left on the sofa, dirty dishes were left in the sink, the garbage can was left overflowing, the bathroom toiletry wasn’t cleaned, and so on. Is this what a “regular cleaning” looks like? When I pointed out those issues to her, her excuse was, "I didn't know you wanted me to clean that". So, apparently, if you don't tell her *exactly* what to do, down to the level of the individual item, she just won't clean it. Is this how a "professional with over 20 years of experience" cleans? She ended up staying an additional ½ hour to tidy up a bit more, and offered that I pay her whatever I thought was right. So I did, and off she went wishing me luck with the next person.

Diligent, kind, didn't hassle or try to short change me because I bought a deal, didn't try to minimize effort because it was late in the day.

Yvonne is amazing! She did a deep cleaning of our townhouse and you wouldn't know we'd been living here for 18 months with 3 cats. Every corner was spotless from top to bottom, and she polished our floors so they looked like new. She's also warm and very professional. We'll be bringing her back to clean our house at least once a month from now on.

Yvonne has been cleaning our home for a few months now.  She is detail oriented and always on time.  During her first visit (a deep cleaning) she left our place sparkling, including our really gross shower grout we thought we had to replace, but she made it white again (no idea how, she's magic!).  I don't know what I would do without her!  On a personal level, Yvonne is a lovely individual who is amazingly friendly and professional.  I am a VERY picky person when it comes to people being in my home, especially without me being present, and I have had no reservations at all with Yvonne.  I also love the fact that it is always her that comes, so I don't have to worry about a new stranger in my house each visit.  Hire her and you won't regret it!

Yvonne was phenomenal- the apartment sparkled when she left. She is very professional and a wonderful person. Yvonne cleaned every corner, under furniture and tile. I will definitely be using these cleaning services on a repeated basis.
