The team was directed by Roger and included two assistants.  I asked them to come early and they arrived even earlier than they promised.  The installation took over six hours and they worked with just a short break for lunch.  I am  very happy with the result but I was not surprised by the quality of the work since through the years Vitarose has installed four outside doors in our home and their work was always exceptional. 
I will be calling Joe, one of the owners of Vitarose, to let him know how very happy my husband and I are with the workmanship and installation of the awning.

I contacted Vitarose to get an estimate for installing a door hood awning and an exterior apartment door for my investment property. The business is family owned and I dealt with the son. He was courteous, responsive and prompt. He went to the property to survey and measure. He then me at the store and we discussed my options. I selected the awning and the door. He passed my contact information to the installer who called me and made arrangements to go to the building to re-measure to make sure the numbers were correct. About 2 weeks later the installer called and we made arrangements to install the door. A week or 2 later the installer of the awning called and made an appointment to come out and install the awning.
I didn't have any issues with the salesman or either of the installers. I would do business with Vitarose again.

They were very on time and I was able to pick out what liked. He is holding my door until the construction is being completed. I am very satisfied with them.
