They did a fabulous job, They got it done quickly and left everything clean not just on the inside but also on the exterior of the house. I will recommend them without a question.

I made an appointment with Vila Window Repair for a free estimate and they came on the day I had requested (several days after my call) within the 2 hour time slot they had given me. It was the owner himself who came. He inspected the problem, told me exactly what needs to be done, and he gave me an immediate estimate/quote. I agreed to the costs, and Vila Window Repair was able to fix my terrace door on the same day! Two technicians worked for about 1.5 hours. The folks at Vila Window repair know what they are doing.

This was all quite painless. After the repairman arrived, he got right to work replacing the broken mechanisms in all the windows. What surprised me was, after he finished each window, he cleaned up all the dirt and picked up the scraps of metal and then cleaned the window before he went on to the next window. It took him under 2 hours to do all the work.
I wish there was more to tell, but the truth is, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a company. They have a bland website and their phone manners are lackluster, but don't let that put you off.
These guys are the real deal. They come when they promise. They do the work they've been hired to do. They clean up after themselves. And they're reasonably priced.
