We recently had some awful experience with them, and it has been going on for months. We have continuously had to tell our story, and it is a long story. It is the same story over and over again, and then they promised to give us 6 months of free premium HBO and then the very first month we get our bill, and the charge for HBO is there again. We called customer service again, and they said that no one can find the information that they gave us 6 months free because they were overcharging us on something else. They were charging us for 3 boxes and we only have 2 so they were overcharging us for months, and my fiance caught that, and they said that as an atonement for that they were going to give us 6 months of HBO for free. No one found any records or recollections and we had supervisors on phone, and they hung up on us. We cannot cancel the two year contract that we have because if we cancel, we have to pay a $250 fee. Even though we have called and I have unclicked premium HBO online purposely, we still get HBO, and we are still being charged for it every 6 months, and we want to drop them so bad. Every time we call them, it is still the same song and dance, they get the supervisor on phone, and then we lose the call. All my friends and family are switching over as soon as their contract is over and they are losing a lot of business because of my word of mouth. It is very frustrating. The technology is not bad.
