UPS STORE

Movers were over 2 hours late then scheduled time. Were very young and experienced with moving. Had problems finding specific location of storage unit and were unorganized which resulted in the move taking much longer then necessary. Manager suggested I use another storage company to store a few boxes and a mattress. Storage unit was a dingy and very expensive. Manager told me that he would try to get me one month free at the storage unit but never followed up despite several reminders. Although I told the manager that I was leaving my current location because of domestic issues with my ex-boyfriend, he still told my ex that I had moved around the corner when he came into the store the next day to inquire. I am not sure what would possess a manager of a moving company to tell a complete stranger where a client had moved!
