The gentleman installing the door really knew what he was doing and did an excellent job. My only issue with Universal was that they originally scheduled the job for 2/25 but rescheduled for 2/27 and arrived 3 hours earlier than I was told so I was lucky to be there, but worth the bother. Great job at a very reasonable price. I shopped around and was surprised at how much the companies that don't manufacture and install were charging. These guys do both and only do doors. I would definitely recommend them.

They are really responsive, did the work quickly and were professional. I did not have any complaints with them; the price was reasonable and they did a really good job. I don't remember being surprised by the price.

WE WERE QUITE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMANCE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY FINISHED IN A DAY AND THE PRICES WHERE VERY REASONABLE, IF YOU ARE ON A LOW BUDGET.
