ULTRAMOTIVE INC

After sitting outside idle for over a year my car would not start.  Ultramotive made $1500 in repairs, and all safety issues passed inspection, but the computer would not pass because the battery had been replaced.  When I went back a few months later, NOT HAVING DRIVEN the car at all, I was told that it needed both new front and rear brakes to pass the safety inspection.  I took it somewhere else and was told only front brakes.  Reluctant to try a third mechanic for yet another inspection fee, I let Ultramotive do the front brakes (significantly cheaper than the second place but more than the original quote).  As far as I'm concerned, they are cheats.  I'm not too happy with the second place either.

There are no problems with them. Unfortunately sometimes the parts cost more than the car is worth. My son checked around and the price was very fair. If there is something that relives they allow a warranty of 12000 miles or three months or whatever is the reasonable amount of time that you could bring back your car. I went back to them three times to service the same problem, as the part was not functioning. I cannot ordinarily go in and expect them to do it as I have to make an appointment. They try to reasonably fit me in depending upon the time constraints of the person. Their punctuality is good and I went to them in the time frame that they told me. Brian Zaia is very well trained. He knows and understands the automotives. He is very capable as far as I can say. They are close by. They are just one and a half blocks away from where I live.

I have no complaints and they did very good for me. They stand by their work and I think they're reasonably honest.

They are reasonably available. They seem to respond in a quick amount of time.
