Moving
They were very good. They were efficient and they have a online process to reserve the truck and everything went well. When we got there we got in and out and our reservation was taken care of in a few moments. The people were pleasant. They make the rental process easy and personnel are very pleasant when you go in to pick up your reserved truck. They process you speedily and even your returns are processed speedily and courteously. If I had to rent a truck again I would definitely go back and rent from them.

Moving
The original price that I quoted was fairly high because it was a move all the way down from New Jersey. We were doing it by mileage and by the smallest cargo van and when we went to pay and reserve. The cashier asked me why I won?t take the commercial rate and almost got it down to half the price. My complaint is why didn?t the person I spoke to reserve it suggest that. The cashier guy was very good at suggesting that to me.
