For such a large job (at least for us) things went pretty well. A friend recommended Two Jacks to us because they had seen examples of their beautiful work, and they did not disappoint us. They came up with a budget and stuck to it, it wasn't cheap, but they don't quibble about everything. They came up with a schedule/project plan, and would have made it except for the one major delay that was out of their control, delivery of the cabinets slowed things down considerably. The workmanship was beautiful, and they were very good about keeping the apartment clean. There was a lot of prep work. The major subcontractors, lighting and carpentry especially, were excellent. It was definitely not cheap, but there was no cutting corners, and follow-up was excellent. He would not leave until we were absolutely satisfied.
