line.At first, their price was very good.
They replaced a toilet for me at a cost that was much lower than other estimates I received.
However, they left the old toilet behind for me to dispose of.
The next time I used them was to replace a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink.
They charged her $700.00 to replace the pipe and, once again, left all of the old parts behind on the floor.
They were called a few weeks later to check a lack of steam heat in a bedroom.
They charged my Grandmother $353.00 to equalize the pressure in the heating system aka: bleeding the lines.
Two weeks later, the heat stopped and they were recalled.
They charged $250.00 to replace a Thermocoupling (part only cost $16.99)
I called to complain about the price. They said that since we had spent so much with them recently,
they would take off $100 from that repair.
They gave my Grandmother, who is 100 years old, an estimate for a new boiler system for $15,000.00
I checked with two other dealers/distributors for a replacement boiler and was given prices by each of them for less than $2,000.00
This company saw the opportunity to take advantage of an elderly customer and bilked her out of a lot of money.
I will NOT recommend using this company to anyone.
